The first step is calling me for an initial consultation. It allows me to learn more about what brings you to therapy at this particular time. We can also begin the process of determining whether I am the most suitable therapist to meet your therapeutic needs. The initial consultation is brief and therefore I generally consider the first 2 – 4 in-person sessions a continuation of the assessment period. During this time, I will gather information about your current difficulties and your history. You can also spend this time getting to know me and asking questions about our work together. We will work together toward goals you have established.
Fees and Insurance
My hourly rate is $150.00. Discounts offered for private pay.
Payment is due at each session.
